It’s time to get real…

I wasn’t sure where to begin this conversation… so let me just dig right in. 

The marketing gurus say to test different subject lines to see which ones reverberate best with your readers… I might try that later, but for now I think it more important to just get this message out because there is so much brewing, I don’t want to waste your time or mine. 

I’m on a bit of a blended personal/business cruise right now… I say blended because I’m observing a great deal and comparing all I’m experiencing right now to how it might relate to my own business and yours. Customer service, people relations, useability, convenience, technology… everything and how it affects my day to day interactions with other companies and services. Do things work as they should… is technology delivering… am I being served…is my day being made easier or more difficult. 

I’ve been in this business for well over 20 years now… I’ve endured failures and celebrated wins and accomplishments. I haven’t lit the world on fire, but I have enjoyed reasonably good success. Some of you have been clients of COOLCOM for 15 years plus. That’s no small accomplishment and it’s incredibly gratifying. Now I’d like to take all that experience and create something lasting that will benefit you, your family and your business immensely. We need to do this together and I’ll need feedback. I can’t let this cure any longer… it needs to get out there and into your hands. 

If there’s a strength of mine I champion, it’s keen observation and analysis. I collect knowledge and experience, sprinkle it with common sense and try to implement lessons learned. I don’t think I’ve done all I can with that, so there’s no better time to get this rejuvenated plan in motion.

We’re all under stress to some degree… the world is crazy at times… so I’m combining my experiences with some of the newest learning and launching an ultimate business support plan that I promise will reduce stress and friction in your business (and even personal) life, maybe bring some fun back into things that have gotten out of hand, and catapult your business into the future.

I’m going all in and holding nothing back on this effort. We’ll all lay every card on the table and take you on a ride no one else has even considered. 

It’s going to be all encompassing… tackle every facet of your online presence… eliminate complexity… champion convenience… and just make things easier for you. No you don’t have to relearn, study or read long instruction manuals. This is going to be a lot of Done For You.

Why? Because I’m seeing what’s going wrong out there every day. It’s not AI, spam, crooks or scammers… it’s a lack of being real. Business is losing touch with YOU…. real people who need real people to help.

It’s all bits and pieces, and unless it’s combined into one marvelous recipe and delivered by one well guided kitchen and a visionary chef… all you’ve got is ingredients.
