This is going to be a parallel adventure… you are my customers… my clients… and the experiences we’re going to share are intended to then be shared by you with yours.

What we’re going to change at COOLCOM, I want you to consider for your own enterprise… or even your hobby or association site. It’s going to be all about the experience… what you make your clients feel.

Startling discovery number one… none of this is about selling. No one needs to be sold… they need help… solutions… problem solving. You do, COOLCOM does, YOUR customers do. And even more astounding… it’s not that difficult to accomplish if you have the right intention, focus and advice.

As we said previously… the world is becoming more and more complex, and everyone if offering miracle cures. Not everyone needs a cure… most need a helping hand with whatever is holding them back… robbing them of time… and exhausting their daily lives.

Customer service… job and product quality… deadlines… resources and supply… it seems never ending and everything needs your prompt attention. Next thing you know, the day is over and in the morning you face the dread of it starting all over again. To varying degrees, we all face it. Do we have to?

Well here’s some sunshine… there absolutely are answers to this dilema. The technology is already there or quickly emerging. The methods and systems are proven, but surprisingly few companies big AND small are making the right choices.

You don’t need a board meeting to make an about face that will change your future and your happiness. It’s just maybe you and a partner… maybe you and some family… but it’s a simple decision. You might be facing small problems, you might be facing larger ones… but the solutions definitely exist and COOLCOM can help you with them. The fact is… if we’re willing to put these efforts into practice with our own business… what greater vote of confidence could you ask for.

So stay with me… it’s not going to be overnight… but well start taking some steps right away. I’m deciding right now on some baby ones to get our toes in the water (yeh, I know… I’m a little goofy with mixing analogies… that’s how you know it’s not AI).
