I want to tell you about a big problem that is happening all over the internet. It involves sending emails to Microsoft accounts like Outlook, Hotmail, and Office 365.

Lately, Microsoft has turned on some very strict automated systems to stop spam. But these systems are making mistakes... lots of mistakes. They are blocking good emails from getting through.

What is Happening?

Imagine an online gated community. Microsoft locked the front gate to the whole neighborhood just because someone somewhere, one house down the street, did something wrong. Your grandkids and the relatives you actually like are coming to visit, and they aren’t being let in.

COOLCOM’s email system, YOUR email system… is perfectly healthy, clean, and safe. The rest of the world knows our system is good. We adhere to all the latest standards, we equip your DNS with all the necessary records… and we keep volumes down. No one is allowed to tarnish our mail server reputation.

But Microsoft’s computer program bots are blocking the gate anyway.

What We Are Doing About It

We are fighting for you every single day. Here is what we do behind the scenes:

• Breaking through the bots: When we try to fix this, Microsoft’s computer sends us an automatic rejection message right away. They try to stop us from talking to a real person. They don’t even read the first request.

• Talking to real humans: We do not give up. We immediately respond so we can bypass their computers and talk to a real human engineer at Microsoft.

• Constant contact: We are in constant touch with Microsoft to force them to unlock the gate for your emails.

• Adherence: COOLCOM even belongs to Microsoft’s SNDS system so we can track our mail servers every day to ensure there is no abuse towards Microsoft’s systems
  
  … and that’s the biggest frustration. Our mail servers are not even listed in their system, and yet their computer’s still send out rejection notices.
